At MODISCHE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in.
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or altered products
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@modische.in within 3 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available in select pin codes) or request that you courier the item to our return address.
- For exchanges, please specify the size/color you need (subject to availability).
4. Return Shipping
- The first return/exchange per order is free for customers in India.
- For additional returns/exchanges on the same order, exchange is free.
- Customers from remote or non-serviceable pin codes may be required to self-ship the item. In such cases, we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available for products that have been sold.
- Customers may choose to receive their refund via:
- Store Credit / Gift Voucher (issued within 24–48 hours of approval)
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested product is not available, customers may opt for store credit or a gift voucher.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos via email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will assist you promptly with a free replacement or store credit/gift voucher.
